Bonnie gives her beloved pot plants a little TLC before the winter.

• During Autumn, less light and the cooler temperature can trigger plants to start going dormant.
• As the days get shorter, move your plants into a spot which provides them with more light. Also be mindful of drafty areas, as indoor plants hate draft, and that’s hot OR cold. So it’s always good to keep away from blasting aircon or heaters.
• Autumn is also the time to give a bit of TLC to those plants that are looking a bit discouraging.
• Another tip for caring for your potted plants during this time is to check for any pests and diseases.
