Instructions for Use of Product
- Fill the pots/strips with potting soil.
- Water thoroughly – making sure sides of the pots are saturated.
- Sow Mr Fothergill’s seeds of your choice following planting instructions on the seed packet.
- Place in bright place but out of direct sun. Cover in a greenhouse to increase humidity for germination. (OPTIONAL place a heat mat under the greenhouse to start seeds early in cooler areas)
- When the seeds are sprouting, open the cover slightly for air circulation. Keep moist, do not allow to dry out.
- After a few weeks, take the cover off to harden off seedlings. Avoid frost and gradually expose to more sun. Keep well-watered.
- When roots begin to appear on the sides of the pot, your seedling is ready to plant in the garden. Plant in the afternoon or on a cloudy day to avoid heat stress.
