Coriander, Chives, Garlic, Roma Tomatoes

  • Dice Tomatoes and Onions then put plus Coriander in the blender.
  • Blend until thick sauce.
  • Add rest of the ingredients and serve
  • Salads are a healthy and easy way to get good fresh vegetables into the diet. They need little preparation and are full of flavour and color.
  • Serve at room temperature as dip, use as a salad dressing, as sauce for Mexican food or on sandwiches.
