Great irrigation tips
- Retrofitting your pre-existing pop up sprinklers is easy and a great way to save money. Simply unscrew the old nozzle and replace with a water saving nozzle.
- Water saving nozzles will ensure the water isn't emitted at a strong rate, but rather a steady flow that uses less water but will still give your garden a deep soak.
- Having the right nozzles is a great start but, to ensure you're only watering the garden when it's needed, installing a soil sensor will take the thinking out of it for you. The soil sensor goes into the soil emits a signal to an automatic controller box that turns on your irrigation system only when needed.
