One of the best ways to get creative in the garden is to upcycle old pieces of scrap metal and antiques.

• Bonnie turned an old barbeque into a raised garden bed by attaching legs and planting a few different things inside of it.
• In the centre is a beautiful lavender, which is completely covered in bees.
• On one side of the lavender is a regular strawberry which was planted a few months ago and is now starting to fruit.
• On the other side of the lavender is an alpine or wild strawberry. This plant is more mounded than common varieties and grows well in small tight spaces.
• It produces tiny fruit that is only a little bigger than a green pea and tastes like candy, making it great for the kids.
