Nigel and Darren go over the steps to maintain your irrigation system effectively and efficiently.

• Regular maintenance of your irrigation system ensures that it’s working effectively and efficiently, and that water Is getting where it’s meant to and not being wasted. Same as your car or house, everything needs regular maintenance.
• The Hunter application is all you need to use to test your individual zones functionality. The Hunter Home app allows you to test your separate irrigation taps and other necessary irrigation areas.
• Lift up your irrigation valves with a sharp tool or secateurs - don’t bother with your nails! Pop them up, unscrew it and clean the filter. Doesn’t take much time!
• MP Rotators are available in a range of specialty nozzles that make irrigating garden beds with awkward shapes and sizes very easy!
• A quick maintenance check once a season will be plenty to keep your systems running smoothly, and Darren recommends a pre-christmas check to avoid having to interrupt your holidays!
