Trevor is visiting Canada and is trying his hand a foraging, the natural supermarket has much to offer from Chanterelle mushrooms, seaweed lettuce and sea asparagus.

  • Chanterelle Mushrooms are great fried in a pan with Butter and Garlic.
  • Seaweed Lettuce is green and delicate, best eaten when young and found in rock pools.
  • Found in the West Coast Sea Asparagus is crunchy and can be eaten raw, cut off at the base and consume fresh.
