Camellias and Azaleas are both acid loving plants, so it is important to use a potting mix specific to them, with soil designed to give the plants the perfect foundation for growth and flowering.
- Camellias and Azaleas make ideal companions in the garden, as they share similar growing conditions. If you’re short on space, they’re perfect partners in a potted display.
- A plant food, such as the Troforte M Roses, Azaleas and Camellias mix, will help to take care of your flowers. Containing beneficial microbes to invigorate your soils, it doesn’t just feed the plants; it takes care of the soil environment too.
- Plant food not only promotes better, beautiful blooms, but will also increase your plants resistance to disease and dry conditions by enriching the soils microbial activity.
- To give you garden a little extra help, apply Troforte liquid plant food to your garden and pots every three months. A couple of capfuls in a 9 litre watering can will pump more organic nutrients to the roots, feeding both the plants and the beneficial microbes.
