Winter is the best time for transplanting hydrangeas, but Trevor has a few tricks up his sleeve that will allow you to do it in spring.
- Hydrangeas like rich and moist soil, so if you have that then transplanting them should be relatively easy.
- You’ll need a hole twice as big as the plant’s root system and a high-quality potting mix.
- Osmocote Premium Potting Mix has a multitude of benefits, including a wetting agent, bio stimulants and 4 months of continuous feeding.
- Seasol will reduce transplant shock and help the damaged roots to recover quickly, driving strong healthy growth in the plant’s new home.
