The powerful MS 400 C-M chainsaw is the world's first chainsaw with a magnesium piston, a light-weight piston, with an excellent power-to-weight - ratio, high maximum speed and high durability.

• STIHL M - Tronic technology – with STIHL simple recalibration feature. For a cold start, the STIHL M - Tronic only needs one start position on the combi - lever. After starting, you can immediately power up to full speed. The amount of fuel required is precisely calculated by the system and supplied as needed.
• STIHL MotoMix – is an optimised 1:50 premixed fuel for all STIHL engines, it provides excellent starting performance, optimum acceleration & flawless operation.
• Bio-Oil - gentle on the environment and highly compatible. STIHL BioPlus chain lubricant has one of the best oxidation stabilities of all rapeseed oil-based chain lubricants.
