Walk in Herbs

Story Title: Walk in Herbs
Episode: Seven
Date: April 17th 2010
Presenter: Paul Hyland

Paul's herb set up at his nursery is a great example of how they are encouraging people to eat healthily by offering passer-byers free herbs.

  • Paul created the public space at the entrance of his inner city nursery in Richmond, Melbourne so that people could come and help themselves to free herbs along the footpath.

  • Herbs are a great addition to dishes, and many of them have gorgeous foliages that smell great. By following a few simple steps, your herbs will be disease free and plentiful.
