  • Coriander originates from the highlands of China and Thailand where it's humid and cool and it needs cooler conditions or it bolts
  • It's been used in southern Europe for thousands of years but always grown as an early spring or autumn crop
  • If you want great results, you're best to look at a slow bolt form of coriander
  • Renaissance Herbs in the mustard pots have a unique slow bolt form
  • If planted in a nutrient rich organic soil it will grow lots of that essential foliage
  • Growing it in a bowl means you can bring it inside in the kitchen where you'll use it the most
