Coriander, Chives, Garlic, Roma Tomatoes
- Dice Tomatoes and Onions then put ½ plus ¾ Coriander in the blender.
- Blend until thick sauce.
- Add rest of the ingredients and serve
- Salads are a healthy and easy way to get good fresh vegetables into the diet. They need little preparation and are full of flavour and color.
- Serve at room temperature as dip, use as a salad dressing, as sauce for Mexican food or on sandwiches.
