Tea of the Week - Anistea
Story Title: Tea of the Week - Anistea
Date: 3rd April 2010.
Presenter: Clive Larkman
This week enjoy the taste of Anistea.
- LarkmanNurseries are the Victorian grower of Renaissance Herbs.
- We are using Anise, Mexican tarragon and Licorice Basil. They all have an aniseed flavour and blended together they add to each other, whilst helping to clear clogged chest and other cold symptoms.
- These herbs all have a strong flavour so the first time you make this tea don't overdo it with the number of leaves nor the brewing time:
A sprig of Anise
2 x Mexican Tarragon Leaves
2 x Licorice Basil Leaves
2 minute brewing time will be sufficient.
- This tea should be drunk warm to hot and is a good pick me up for mid afternoon when the drowsies hit.
