Theo Kalogeracos - The Master Pizza Chef

• Born and raised in Perth, Western Australia, Theo is a multi award winning pizza maker. His titles include 2006 Las Vegas Italian Chef Wars Winner, 2006 Pizza Today's Italian Chef Wars Winner, 2004 member of Dairy Farmers Team Oz that won the America's Plate, 2003 Australian Winner of Dairy Farmers Best of the Best and 2003 Western Australian Pizza champion.

• For close to 15 years, he has run a very special pizza restaurant called Little Caesars in the Perth Hills suburb of Mundaring, Western Australia (www.littlecaesars.com.au). The restaurant has become such an icon that many customers drive 50 minutes from central Perth to enjoy the award winning food and atmosphere. To his customers' joy, in late 2009, Theo opened a second Little Caesars pizzeria in the Perth inner city suburb of Leederville.

• Little Caesars Pizzeria opened in 1996 with a staff of two, Theo and his wife Elisabeth. Little Caesars now employs over 40 staff to keep up with the demand for pizza!
• Theo's passion for good pizza lies within the good quality local produce his company uses. The large menu caters for many different tastes with an extensive selection of vegetarian, seafood and meat pizzas.
