Make a delightful dessert, afternoon snack or refreshing breakfast with the best seasonal fruits and fresh local low fat yoghurt.

Neville's Yoghurt Sundae

  • For my mango yoghurt sundae you'll need a couple of ripe mangoes, a tub of Reduced Fat Natural Yoghurt (Mundella yoghurt made in Mundijong which has been awarded the gong for the top yoghurt in the country for the last four years) and lastly, chopped macadamia nuts roasted but unsalted.
  • Puree one mango and spoon equal amounts into tall glasses. Top up with Mundella reduced fat plain yoghurt. This is so good for you with zillions of probiotics.
  • If you're looking for those numbers which gives you the code for additives you're not going to find them. It's just pure and natural with no additives or preservatives.
  • Top this up with the cubed mango and sprinkle the chopped macadamias and this is ready to serve.
